Your working material is full of precious nutrients, soaked with flavors who respond naturally and seemlessly to what you wish to add to them – and they are stubborn if you don't treat them with respect, or not in the right sequence. Since we would like to protect you from the frustrations we went through in order to offer this wonderful culinary classes, Beginners GF Training 1 is the perfect set up.
Training 1 is about learning
Like in any culinary art, you enter a universe with a lot of foreign stars. At the end of the two day course, you will be able to surprise your family or guests with two different types of freshly baked bread, two types of rolls and three variations of cookies plus an understanding of a great GF pizza base.
Along with it comes a basic understanding about how to translate what you've learned in course 1 in such a way that you can go for some more experiments.
