Advanced Gluten Free Training Course 2

If you have mastered GF theory and can count on good knowledge and skills in baking or GF baking, you are ready for Practical GF Training 2.

 

What's different in comparison to Training 1?

 

During Training 1 you will learn about your ingredients that react and interact in very distinct ways from you won't find in "normal" baking. There is a certain chemistry in GF flours that requires specific handling, in order to come out with presentable – leave alone exquisite – results. At the end of course 1, you'll be able to bake basic and important products for restaurants and hotels, in high quality – like bread, rolls, cookies, or pizza dough.

 

Training 2 will take the basics to the next level in a two day curriculum

  • We will start to work on a GF gourmet item almost every gluten sensitive person hasn't seen in years, like rolls or brownies
  • Along with it, you will get product related theory, based on GF theory
  • On Day 2 we will approach two items with the product related theory: 1 bread and 1 cookie
  • You will learn how to create beautiful products that are basically free of everything that baking usually requires
  • You will go home with three different gluten free gourmet items and a solid theoretical knowledge about how to create them and how to transform your knowledge to variations of what you have already learned. 

Participants: min. 5 up to 10

10 hours, 5 hours per day, 3 breaks per day
