Master Chef Gluten Free Training 3

The Gluten Free Academy will take you to a level of gluten free expertise that will open new doors in hospitality management for you.

At this level, you will be able to implement what you have leaned in other areas of your cooking art.

It is not by chance that gluten free has its reputation of "hard to learn" until today. Even if there is one or the other product that tastes very nice, you won't find a consequent gourmet product line (except for ours), containing of reliable top quality. The innovative spirit of this new way of baking and the inherent possibility that there might be no end to inventing always new products is hardly discovered.

 

Only those will succeed and reach the top who are ready to not mix what they have learned so far about baking with what they need to consider with gluten free baking. It requires outmost discipline to keep the promise that your food is medicine, and in this particular case of gluten free, the only medicine.

 

That's why classes at The Treat Academy don't end at level 3. They have only just begun there. And we can't wait to see you and explore level after level of unique GF culinary art.

In Master Chef Theoretical & Practical GF Training 3, we will take the acquired basics of theory and practical lessons of class 1 and 2 to a professional level. In a three day course and along with the product related theory

  • We will start to work on GF gourmet items that are must haves in any professional kitchen
  • You will get to know non-chemical replacements for your gluten free items
  • We will approach the science of tarts, pizza or specific cookies without artifical flavoring or food coloring in day 2
  • You will learn how to create beautiful products that are basically free of everything that baking usually requires in order to meet the needs of other food sensitivities on day 3.
  • This is your class if you are a food lover and/or highly trained chef who love to challenge themselvers and deliver GF products at a standard that beats the "regular" competitors.

 

WHAT TO EXPECT

 

At the end of these 3 days, you will have learned how to create 5 different products from various categories, sweet and savory. In order to bring your culinary art to perfection, you need basic theory and at least one of the former baking class levels to build a solid data base.
